Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian jiu-jitsu focuses on getting an opponent to the ground in order to neutralize possible strength or size advantages through ground fighting techniques and submission holds involving joint-locks and chokeholds. On the ground, physical strength can be offset or enhanced through proper grappling techniques.

Judo

Judo is a martial art that emphasizes the use of quick movement and leverage to throw an opponent. Its techniques are generally intended to turn an opponent's force to one's own advantage rather than to oppose it directly. 

Muay Thai

Muay Thai is a stand-up combat sport, where fighters are not allowed to take the fight to the ground. It is fast-paced and combines both boxing and kicking in one swirling melee of a bout. In Thailand, it is known as the art of eight limbs, referring to the eight points of contact that are used to strike the opponent.

Wrestling

Wrestling is a combat sport involving grappling-type techniques such as clinch fighting, throws and takedowns, joint locks, pins and other grappling holds. The sport can either be genuinely competitive or sportive entertainment (see professional wrestling). Wrestling comes in different types such as folk style, freestyle, Greco-Roman, catch, submission, judo, sambo and others.

Self-Defense/Combatives
Learn how to control a fight and finish it on your own terms. We have an escalation of force premise to our training. You will learn how to break contact and get away. How to control an attacker on the ground. When all else fails you'll learn to finish the fight with chokes, armlocks, and targeted strikes.
